Returns and Refunds

We only issue refunds if the product's you receive are defective. We take great care to randomly test each batch we make to ensure there are no defects. However in the unlikely case you encounter a defective product please contact us immediately. We will replace the product or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.

Shipping

We use FedEX and USPS providing many options to fulfill your order. 2nd Day or Next day services are available. We also provide local pick-up or you can visit one of our local retailers. All orders are carefully packed to avoid damage in shipment. In the event there is shipping damage please notify us immediately so we can replace your order. No additional charges will be made to your account in the event of shipping damage.

Free Shipping

From time to time we offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount. These offers are valid for our carrier's base ground service only, and do not apply to other shipping methods. Certain items do not qualify for free shipping discounts and will be charged the standard fee.

Delivery Time

Our powders and organic syrup ship within 72 hours from the receipt of your order. Our raw syrup is made weekly in small batches depending on demand expect a 5 day lead time on this product.
